Welcome to Austin, Texas

There’s no place like Home

Your choice to build your new home in Austin, Texas in proximity to Lake Austin and Lake Travis was the right one. In fact, we made that same decision and we live here too! From the enchantment of rolling hills to artistic sunsets on Lake Travis to the serenity of wooded seclusion, the Texas Hill Country is one of man’s and Mother Nature’s finest and most delicate creations.

Nevertheless, these spirited landscapes incorporate rugged topography and sensitive geology with restrictive local development ordinances that pose various challenges in the process of building your new custom home. Selecting the right custom home builder with the experience and foresight to guide you through the process of identifying and acquiring your land, perfecting your entitlements, and designing and building you a quality new custom home is essential.

Seven Point Philosophy

Our Seven Point home building Philosophy is simple; (1) at all times maintain the integrity of a client focused relationship (2) listen intently and execute to achieve client objectives (3) perform complete and accurate due diligence throughout the pre-land acquisition and project pre-construction phase (4) aid in establishing and maintaining our clients overall budget parameters (5) manage the architectural and interior design process and offer insightful, constructive feedback on design options relative to our clients budget (6) maintain superior quality control through durable, contractually binding relationships with capable, reliable and accountable sub-contractors and suppliers (7) deliver a quality built new custom home that our company can be proud to build and our clients can be proud to own.

Did you know that the EPA estimates that over 170 million tons of recyclable construction debris is imprudently discarded into U.S. landfills on an annual basis? Did you also know that on average it takes approximately one-full-acre of deforestation to build a 2,500 square foot home?

As custodians of our natural environment, we’re exceedingly serious about recycling and conservation. Virtually all scrap construction material from each project we build is contained and shipped locally to be separated and recycled for future re-use. We also donate a portion of our proceeds from each new custom home we build to our friends at the Arbor Day Foundation. These funds help mitigate deforestation and re-plant the very trees that “clean air and water, slow climate change, easy poverty and hunger, prevent species loss, and feed the human soul.”
